Refund Policy
The LRBSA may make an adjustment to a ratepayer’s sewer account when it has been determined that a billing error has occurred. Adjustments will be limited to a period not to exceed three (3) years from the date the error is identified. Refunds will be in the form of a credit applied to the ratepayer’s sewer account. Refunds in an amount in excess of two (2) residential billing quarters, or associated with inactive or closed accounts, may be issued by check when authorized by the LRBSA Executive Director.
